Terms & Conditions
We get it. This is the boring, but necessary, bit of any purchase! So we’ve kept it simple, but informative, for you. If you’re unsure about anything, then please message us using the contact form and we’ll do our best to help. Setting up an account is the best way to benefit from the full functionality of this site. We strongly advise doing this when placing an order.
You need to accept our T’s & C’s every time you make a purchase. These occasionally change, so do check back on your next visit. Our policies do not affect your legal rights.
Products and Payment
We’re not perfect (hard to believe, we know!). Occasionally we make mistakes (e.g. stock, images, price, description, etc).
We try to be as accurate as possible, however we can’t warrant that product descriptions or any other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product sold by us is not as portrayed and you are unhappy as a result, then you must return the product to us in an unused condition. Contact us, using our contact form and one of our team will get in touch to advise you. See the returns / cancellations section for further details.
Our prices are displayed in UK pounds. Payment is deducted, once you confirm your order.
An order is not deemed to have been accepted, until it has been physically shipped to you. We may need to cancel your order (or part of it) at any stage of the order. Don’t worry; in these rare cases, we will make sure that you receive a full refund of charges you’ve already paid to us, for the affected item(s). We will contact you, via your provided email address and let you know, if this happens.
You provide authority for payment to be taken at the time of placing order. If there is a problem taking payment for all or part of your order, we reserve the right to charge you an administration fee of £5, each time your bank is unable to process your payment.
Images may show more than one variant of an item (e.g. colour, scent). The description will clearly state if more than 1 item is to be shipped. Variants / assorted items, will be allocated at random and cannot be specified. If you are uncertain regarding a product in any way, simply contact us, using our contact form before ordering and one of our team will get in touch to advise.
Any details provided regarding items, are to provide you with an idea of the products they represent. They do not form part of any agreement/contract.
Sometimes, products have restrictions – you know, to keep things fair and to stop items falling in to the wrong hands (e.g. age limits, maximum quantities). By using our website or ordering, you are confirming that you meet and will adhere to the necessary requirements. Please note that our couriers enforce a strict limit on carriage of certain items. As this changes frequently, we are only able to advise of latest shipping restrictions after an order has been placed.
Shipping / Customer Eligibility
We deliver to mainland UK only (excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands). Our couriers sometimes place restrictions on locations that they can deliver to and the guaranteed timeliness of delivery. We will inform you, if you are affected by these restrictions.
Where possible, we aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of receipt. You will receive a notification, when this is done. Different shipment arrangements may be in place during busy periods (eg Christmas). Please contact us, if uncertain.
Your order will be combined in to the fewest number of shipments possible. This may therefore take longer to send, depending on product availability.
Shipments are usually made via Royal Mail or DPD (though occasionally we do use other couriers). These services are offered by the relevant companies - we are unable to offer weekend/timed services for any courier service.
As much as we’d like to sell outside of mainland United Kingdom, our site is only intended for use within it and our couriers are unable to deliver elsewhere. When you order from us, you are confirming that you are: legally able to enter in to a binding contract, at least 18 years old, you are a resident of and accessing our site from mainland UK. For your first order, it is a requirement that delivery is made to your billing address, which must be a mainland UK address.
Click & Collect
If eligible for click and collect, simply pick your desired location to collect your order (store locations are available to view on our site). You will be emailed when your order is awaiting collection in store (usually within 48 hours - excluding weekends). You agree to present the following, at time of collection:
- Your invoice (digital copy is acceptable)
- Proof of address: recent bill, statement or driving license. Digital is unacceptable. The address must match the billing address on the order and must be less than 3 months old
IMPORTANT: You will be unable to collect the order unless you present all of the required items and satisfy these checks
Orders and Shipping (Christmas)
We have tentatively been advised by our carriers, that orders must be placed before 14th December 2018, for Christmas delivery.
For orders placed after 21st December 2018, stock will not be allocated or shipped before 7th January 2019. Please keep this in mind, when placing your order.
Lost, damaged or incorrect orders
Let’s get this sorted for you. If you have an issue with all or part of your order, get in touch with one of our team via the returns form and we’ll get on to it.
If you have not received your order, you must contact us, using the returns form, within 7 days of the order being dispatched. We will then perform a full investigation, both internally and with our carriers. Unfortunately, we are unable to investigate non-delivery after this time has expired.
If your order is visibly damaged on receipt, you must sign the carrier’s delivery note accordingly. If not, we will be unable to follow this up with the carrier.

We'll keep this easy for you. But first, there’s some stuff that you need to know, before getting in touch. You need to tell us that you wish to cancel, within 14 days, from the date of delivery. To avoid confusion, the day of delivery is counted as day 1. Goods must not be used in any way and must be returned in ‘as new’ condition, with all seals intact. Certain items are non-refundable (unless faulty) e.g. special orders, food, fireworks, cosmetics, grooming products, security sealed items, gift cards, etc. If you are uncertain about the returns policy for a product, then please use our contact form to get in touch before you order and one of our team will get in touch to advise.
Upon returns approval, you will need to package and return the product safely to us within 14 days (at your own risk). To avoid confusion, the day of approval is counted as day 1. We are unable to refund any postage or packing costs. We may have to make a deduction from the refund, to account for any loss in value of goods before they are returned to us (e.g. the item is damaged due to poor packaging). There may be certain items that we are unable to accept as returns (e.g. for health or hygiene reasons). Sometimes (e.g. where an item is supplied including free postage) we may charge a restocking fee (usually £5-10) which will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us before purchase, if you are uncertain about anything.
Once you’ve read the above, just submit a returns request via your order area. We’ll get in touch to advise.
Unfortunately website queries and returns cannot be dealt with in store.
Items developing a fault / Faulty
So you’ve tried to switch it off and back on and it’s still not working, hey?
If it’s less than 28 calendar days since purchase, we could offer a repair, exchange or refund. If the fault happens after this, the manufacturers are the best equipped people to resolve this for you. Check the items warranty card, for details of how to contact the manufacturer.
Drop us a message via your order area and we’ll advise. Just so you know, we may need you to return the product to us, for inspection. If the product is confirmed as faulty, we will refund reasonable return costs. If a returned item is found not to be faulty, we will return the item to you; you will be liable for all carriage, in this instance.
Sometimes stuff happens; it just can’t be helped e.g. Fire, riot, impossibility of transportation, governmental restrictions, weather interference, etc. Should such an act occur, we can’t be held liable or responsible for any necessary deviation from these terms. We will try to resume normal service as quickly as possible and ensure we do all that we can to get things back on track.
Our liability for losses suffered, as a result of us breaching this agreement is limited to the purchase price of the Product.
We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses, even if this were to arise as a result of a deliberate breach of contract, entitling you to terminate the agreement.

We keep costs low so we can pass these savings on to you. To help us achieve this, you agree that all communication with us, regarding an order, should originate using the ‘contact us’ form. Any further communication will mostly be made electronically with a member of our support team. This form of communication is considered to be acceptable to you in lieu of any requirement to provide the same, via any other means.
No terms are to be considered as waived, unless explicitly stated by us, in writing, as a ‘waiver’
If any of these terms and conditions are determined (by any competent authority) to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions, which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Your statutory rights are not affected by terms set out in this agreement.
