Delivery


General

We always aim to dispatch orders by the next working day. During particularly busy times this is not always possible but we do our best! If we are out of stock of an item we normally hold the order until we can despatch it complete.

 

If an item on your order is out of stock and we are unable to despatch your complete order within 2 working days you will be informed quickly by email or telephone and given the option of either waiting until the item arrives, making a substitution or deleting the item from the order.

 

Please give us an address where there is someone available to sign for the parcel. If the carrier is unable to deliver and leaves a card it is the recipient's responsibility to contact the delivery company to arrange redelivery or to collect the parcel from the depot. If you have instructed us to leave your order i.e in the recycling box, or with a neighbour this is at your own risk. We can not be held responsible for items left on your property.

 

Standard Delivery (2 - 4  working days) £5

These orders are usually dispatched with Royal Mail and will be delivered by your local postal service. This delivery option is not trackable.
 

Priority Delivery (Next Day) £7

Please note our cut-off time for next day delivery is midday.

These orders are usually dispatched with DPD. This is a signed for service but you can add a note asking for the driver to leave your parcel in a safe place or with a designated neighbour via the DPD app. This is at the driver's discretion.
